Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential creative agency in Hamburg, is looking for a Senior Social Media Creative to lead visual brand development across social platforms for national and international clients. You'll own the creative vision from concept to execution.

• Lead visual brand development on social media – from establishing social identity to execution in stills, video, and motion graphics
• Conceive and realize creative, platform-native ideas for campaigns and always-on content
• Direct and execute productions ranging from fast-turnaround social formats to larger-scale productions supporting broadcast campaigns
• Develop social media brand guides and template kits for scalable, efficient content production
• Ensure quality and continuously improve existing design and production standards
• Mentor and develop junior content creators on your team

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in creative and social media environments – ideally within agency settings
• Strong intuition for brands, culture, social media trends, visual communication, and platform-specific content
• Proficiency with standard design, editing, and content tools – including professional graphic design software beyond template-based platforms
• Hands-on ability to present and execute your creative vision in both stills and video
• Experience collaborating with influencers and managing creator relationships
• Experience planning and executing content productions
• Proactive, solution-oriented work style with the drive to independently move projects forward
• Team player mentality with enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and developing others
• German language proficiency required for this Hamburg-based role
