Wir unterstützen einen Kunden aus der Produktions- und Handelsbranche bei der Besetzung einer Werkstudentenstelle im Personalwesen in Rostock. Unser Mandant steht für nachhaltige Werte und bietet Dir die Möglichkeit, praktische HR-Erfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld zu sammeln.
Als Werkstudent im Personalwesen übernimmst Du vielfältige administrative und operative Aufgaben und erhältst umfassende Einblicke in die HR-Arbeit – von der Vertragserstellung bis hin zu arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei administrativen HR-Aufgaben wie der Erstellung von Verträgen, Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Personalstammdaten
- Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit einem externen Lohnbüro
- Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden im On- und Offboarding-Prozess
- Recherche und Aufbereitung arbeitsrechtlicher Themen
- Unterstützung im Recruiting: Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen, Koordination von Bewerbungsgesprächen, Kommunikation mit Bewerbern
- Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten und der Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse
- Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende bei organisatorischen und administrativen Fragen
Das bringst Du mit
- Immatrikulation in einem Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Recht oder vergleichbar
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten
- Interesse an Personalthemen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Offene, kommunikative und wertschätzende Art im Umgang mit Menschen
- Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit HR-Tools von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Teamfähigkeit gepaart mit selbstständigem Arbeiten
- Bereitschaft, aktiv mitzugestalten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
