About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential energy services organization in Thüringen that is seeking a working student to support their social media and marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while studying.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of social media strategies across various platforms
• Create engaging content for social media channels including posts, stories, and multimedia content
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports
• Assist with community management and respond to follower interactions
• Support general marketing activities and campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and content planning
• Stay current with social media trends and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a student at a German university
• Strong interest in social media marketing and digital communication
• Excellent written communication skills in German
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual content
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Reliable and organized with good time management skills
• Experience with graphic design tools or content creation is a plus
