Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Senior Partner Manager to build and activate their channel partner ecosystem in the UKI region. In this quota-carrying role, you will:
- Identify and recruit new strategic channel partners including Systems Integrators, Managed Service Providers, and Value Added Resellers to drive revenue growth
- Enable and activate existing partners through comprehensive training, strategic planning, and joint selling activities
- Coordinate technical and marketing aspects of integrated partnership launches
- Host regular business reviews with partners to drive accountability and report on success metrics
- Work closely with regional enterprise and commercial sales teams to maximize partner impact
- Generate partner-sourced net-new sales pipeline and revenue
What We're Looking For
Our talent team is seeking candidates with:
- 7+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at a cloud services or SaaS organization
- Proven track record driving sales opportunities from lead generation through closure, effectively negotiating agreements and building long-lasting partnerships
- Ability to quickly comprehend technical concepts and architectural scenarios, and explain them clearly both verbally and in writing
- Experience managing premier Cloud MSP partners is advantageous
- Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time
- Location in or near London for hybrid work arrangements
