Business Development Representative (BDR) — End-of-Studies Internship

We are representing a fast-growing healthcare technology company seeking a Business Development Representative intern in Paris. Our client is transforming how healthcare providers manage patient communications through AI-powered solutions. Responsibilities

• Generate qualified meetings with healthcare decision-makers through outbound prospecting
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients
• Qualify inbound leads and ensure fast, professional responses
• Master the company's CRM and outbound sales playbook
• Consistently hit monthly meeting targets working alongside Account Executives
• Share field insights with Sales and Marketing teams to refine targeting strategies
• Test and propose new outbound tactics including messaging, sequences, and channels
• Support the sales pipeline by opening doors for closers

What We're Looking For

• Final year student in business school, engineering school, or equivalent program
• Requires convention de stage (French internship agreement)
• Excellent communication skills: clear, confident, and persuasive
• Ambitious and competitive mindset with hunger to prove yourself
• Thrives on challenges and comfortable with the demands of outbound sales
• Highly coachable: actively seeks feedback and implements it quickly
• Resilient attitude toward rejection and objections
• Strong interest in converting to full-time employment after internship completion
• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or roles requiring persuasion is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Attio experience beneficial)
