Technical Sourcer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential semiconductor organization at the forefront of next-generation processor technology. Our client is building groundbreaking hardware that requires finding some of the most specialized engineering talent in the world. We're seeking a Technical Sourcer to own the end-to-end sourcing motion for critical technical roles.

This position is based in Paris and offers the opportunity to work on highly complex searches in deep tech hardware, partnering directly with leadership to identify and engage passive candidates who are building the future of computing.

Responsibilities

• Build highly targeted searches for critical hardware engineering roles including ASIC architects, packaging engineers, mixed-signal verification specialists, and systems software leads
• Craft compelling outreach that resonates with passive candidates and establishes long-term relationships with high-priority technical profiles
• Develop creative sourcing strategies leveraging GitHub, research communities, referral networks, X-Ray search techniques, and non-traditional channels
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop customized sourcing strategies for each role
• Maintain structured candidate tracking, pipeline metrics, and funnel data to measure sourcing effectiveness
• Manage multiple complex parallel searches without compromising quality or attention to detail

What We're Looking For

• Proven sourcing experience in deep tech, semiconductors, or AI hardware environments—not just software recruiting
• Advanced X-Ray search skills and demonstrated ability to source across GitHub, LinkedIn, and specialized technical communities
• Track record of successfully sourcing and engaging passive senior technical talent
• Ability to run multiple complex searches simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
• Genuine curiosity about technology with the ability to understand what you're sourcing for
• Long-game mindset focused on relationship building rather than transactional outreach
• Proficient English language skills required
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
• Experience writing outreach messaging that generates strong response rates

Pay
