We are representing a confidential healthcare technology client in their search for a Marketing Operations and CRM Expert specializing in HubSpot. This is a remote position based in Poland.

Our client operates at significant scale in the healthcare sector, connecting patients with medical professionals across multiple markets. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution, serving as the bridge between complex marketing systems and business objectives.

The position combines hands-on platform administration with forward-thinking contributions to AI-powered automation and workflow optimization. You'll be the subject matter expert ensuring marketing technology platforms operate at peak efficiency while driving transformational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and continuously optimize marketing systems with a focus on scalability and performance, primarily within HubSpot
• Support and improve the HubSpot–Salesforce synchronization, ensuring data integrity and reliable lead flow between platforms
• Build and refine predictive lead scoring models to enable smarter prioritization and higher conversion rates
• Contribute to AI-driven initiatives including AI-powered workflows, AI agents, and emerging capabilities that automate processes and unlock new marketing value
• Proactively monitor workflows and resolve errors, particularly around MQL qualification and lead assignment, minimizing operational disruptions
• Leverage data enrichment and custom-coded actions within workflows to extend platform capabilities
• Create, manage, and document system processes; train users on best practices across the marketing organization
• Maintain core CRM elements including records, properties, lists, workflows, user management, and GDPR compliance
• Implement lead scoring practices, chatbots, and marketing automation tactics to drive conversion improvement
• Manage data imports according to campaign requirements, ensuring accuracy, hygiene, and proper segmentation
• Ensure data security and governance for information flowing through marketing systems
• Partner with internal teams to identify pain points, prioritize enhancements, and communicate system improvements
• Drive cross-platform integrations and collaborate with system administrators and data teams
• Stay current on technology and AI advancements that impact the marketing technology stack
• Participate in evaluating future technology solutions to meet evolving marketing needs

What We're Looking For

• Degree in marketing, computer science, business, or related field
• Proficient knowledge of HubSpot and digital marketing automation platforms (required)
• Salesforce experience, particularly with HubSpot–Salesforce sync (preferred)
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in applying AI to marketing operations (significant plus)
• Familiarity with predictive lead scoring, data enrichment, and custom-coded workflow actions (highly valued)
• Demonstrated experience using technology and marketing expertise to drive process and performance improvements
• Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• High attention to detail as a natural characteristic
• Positive, can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow-through
• Proactive mindset—anticipating issues and initiating improvements rather than waiting for them to surface
• Insatiable appetite to learn and grow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to deliver clear, effective, and engaging messages
• Strong business English proficiency
• Must have legal right to work in Poland (visa sponsorship not available)
