Sales & Partner Manager Germany (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology client seeking a Sales & Partner Manager to drive growth across Germany. Our client develops digital self-ordering solutions for restaurants, quick-service establishments, and the broader hospitality sector. This role combines direct sales with strategic partner development, offering the opportunity to build scalable channels in the DACH region.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own sales pipeline targeting hospitality, franchise, and quick-service restaurant clients throughout Germany
• Identify and acquire new customers through outbound prospecting and relationship development
• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and client presentations
• Prepare proposals and lead contract negotiations through to close
• Identify and onboard new reselling and distribution partners
• Develop relationships with POS providers, payment partners, and hospitality IT companies
• Present and refine the partner program model to prospective channel partners
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements while building a structured partner pipeline
• Establish a scalable partner channel framework for Germany and the broader DACH market

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of B2B sales, business development, or comparable commercial experience
• POS or point-of-sale system experience is required for this position
• Strong understanding of decision-making processes within the hospitality industry, ideally in hospitality tech, POS, payment, or related technology sectors
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition
• Experience in partner, reseller, or channel sales is highly desirable
• Ability to clearly present and sell SaaS and technology products to decision-makers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with confidence engaging C-level stakeholders
• Self-directed, structured, and entrepreneurial working style
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer and partner meetings throughout Germany
• Based in or willing to work primarily in Berlin
