Product Lead, Predictive Platform

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization seeking a Product Lead, Predictive Platform to own their core predictive intelligence engine. This is a high-impact player/coach role where you'll drive the strategy for foundational machine learning models while managing a specialized pod of Product Managers.

Our client's competitive advantage is built on accurate predictive modeling that powers their entire platform. You'll define how models are trained, measured, and scaled—creating the intelligence layer that identifies buyer behavior and intent for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a pod of Product Managers focused on specialized modeling and intelligence initiatives, responsible for their growth, performance, and strategic alignment
• Own the product strategy for core predictive models and define the roadmap for how these models are consumed across the platform ecosystem
• Establish global standards and methodologies for model training, feedback loops, and accuracy measurement to maintain industry-leading predictions
• Drive a "build once, use everywhere" philosophy to maximize model leverage across all applications and use cases
• Partner with senior leadership to align the predictive roadmap with company strategy, surface model risks early, and identify portfolio tradeoff opportunities
• Ensure robust integration between data foundation and predictive layer for high-performing, high-integrity intelligence
• Build operating rhythms that transform complex data and model dependencies into clean execution

What We're Looking For

• 8-10+ years in Product Management with focus on AI, ML, or Data Science products
• 3-5+ years of formal people management experience building and leading product teams
• Deep expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning lifecycles, and collaborating with data science teams from a product perspective
• Proven track record shipping complex ML-driven products at scale
• Strong understanding of B2B data models and how predictive scoring drives go-to-market outcomes
• Experience establishing methodologies that ensure long-term product performance and model reliability
• Ability to coach Product Managers through complex roadmaps while creating a culture of high accountability
• Strategic mindset with ability to build architectural leverage that accelerates deployment velocity
