Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop is seeking a skilled Lead Barber to join our team in Cochrane and guide our growing crew of barbers. This is a full-time opportunity to mentor others while delivering exceptional grooming services in an established, community-focused barbershop.

About the Role

As Lead Barber at Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop in Cochrane, Calgary region, you'll be a cornerstone of our shop, combining craft expertise with leadership to set service standards and nurture developing talent. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $20/hour, with performance-based advancement as you strengthen our team and build your client base.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Deliver precision haircuts, hot towel shaves, and grooming services that exceed client expectations
• Mentor and coach barbers on technique, customer service, and professional standards
• Maintain station organization and shop cleanliness to the highest sanitation standards
• Cultivate and retain your own clientele while building shop reputation
• Model professionalism and contribute to a collaborative, welcoming shop environment
• Support day-to-day shop operations and team success

What You Bring

• Proven barbering experience with mastery of classic and contemporary techniques
• Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor other barbers effectively
• Expertise in hot towel shaves, precision cutting, and men's grooming
