About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential video analytics technology company in Munich. Our client develops advanced software solutions for smart city and transportation applications, with a strong focus on data protection and responsible AI deployment. This is a working student position (up to 20 hours/week during semester) offering hands-on experience at the intersection of customer success, product engineering, and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the customer success team in understanding client technical requirements and use cases
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements
  • Provide hands-on technical support during product demonstrations, workshops, and customer onboarding sessions
  • Partner with sales and engineering teams on technical discovery and implementation planning
  • Investigate and document new feature opportunities based on user data and direct customer input
  • Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related technical degree program with at least 2 semesters remaining
  • Practical experience with SQL, Python, and working with APIs/SDKs (through coursework, projects, or internships)
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused problem-solving mindset
  • Fluency in both English and German (minimum C1 level in both languages)
  • Availability to work up to 20 hours per week during semester (flexible scheduling during breaks)

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Docker or Linux environments
  • Basic understanding of Computer Vision or AI applications
  • Experience in startup or fast-paced technology environments
  • Proficiency with AI coding assistants and modern development workflows
  • Hands-on experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines
