Work From Home – Part-Time Enrollment Specialist

Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential financial services organization, is seeking a Part-Time Enrollment Specialist to work fully remotely. In this role, you will connect with clients virtually to help them understand and enroll in benefits solutions. Your day-to-day will include:

• Conducting virtual consultations with clients to discuss financial strategies and benefits options
• Scheduling appointments with prospective clients who have requested information
• Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages through video calls
• Completing enrollment applications accurately and efficiently
• Building long-term client relationships through personalized service
• Staying current on industry trends and product knowledge
• Participating in optional ongoing training sessions
• Collaborating with a remote team

What We're Looking For

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enter the financial services industry on a part-time basis without leaving their current position. We are seeking candidates who:

• Can dedicate approximately 20 hours per week to this role
• Are comfortable with virtual client communication and video conferencing tools
• Possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Are eager to learn about insurance products and benefits packages
• Are located in the United States

Comprehensive training will be provided, so prior experience in financial services is not required.
