About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential HR consultancy in the Gelsenkirchen area that is looking for a motivated intern to join their team and work on meaningful digital transformation projects. This is a mandatory internship position (Pflichtpraktikum) requiring a minimum commitment of 6 months.

Our client operates at the intersection of recruiting, process optimization, and digital workflows. They're building modern, AI-supported systems to make talent acquisition smarter and more efficient. As an intern, you won't just observe—you'll contribute to real projects that shape how the organization works.

Responsibilities

Depending on your interests and academic focus, you may work on:

• Analyzing and documenting existing workflows and project processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Identifying repetitive tasks and developing ideas for automation and streamlined operations
• Researching digital tools and platforms, evaluating potential integrations and use cases
• Testing AI-supported research processes for market analysis, competitor intelligence, and candidate sourcing
• Developing and refining prompts to ensure AI outputs are accurate, usable, and high-quality
• Reviewing, structuring, and documenting results to support decision-making
• Supporting enhancements to candidate management systems and CRM workflows
• Contributing to internal process dashboards and visualization tools to improve team transparency

What We're Looking For

You're a strong fit if you:

• Are studying Business Administration, Digital Business, Process Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Need to complete a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) of at least 6 months
• Are genuinely interested in processes, AI applications, digital tools, and automation
• Enjoy analyzing systems, structuring information, and making workflows clearer
• Are curious about how AI can meaningfully support work processes
• Like testing new tools and critically evaluating results
• Can work independently while actively seeking collaboration and feedback
• Are reliable, communicative, and eager to learn

You don't need to be an AI or automation expert. What matters most is that you think critically, ask questions, and want hands-on experience with modern tools and processes.

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote-first, with regular in-person collaboration days in Gelsenkirchen. You'll have access to modern tools, digital workflows, and AI-supported systems. The organization values your ideas and gives you space to propose improvements rather than assigning purely administrative tasks.
