Senior Sales / Senior Account Executive – French speaker

About This Opportunity

We are representing a rapidly growing SaaS organization in the sales engagement space. Our client is seeking a Senior Sales / Senior Account Executive who is a native French speaker to focus primarily on the French market. This role is based in Paris and requires full fluency in both French and English.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a proven sales professional who thrives in a competitive environment and wants to own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, closing, and customer onboarding
• Target mid-market and enterprise companies with 200 to 10,000 employees and sales teams ranging from 5 to 100 people across various industries
• Work both inbound channels (demo requests and product-qualified leads) and outbound prospecting strategies
• Generate approximately 50% of your own pipeline through cold outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement
• Navigate complex deals involving multiple stakeholders and C-level executives
• Manage sales cycles averaging 3+ months in a highly competitive market
• Build strong customer relationships and leverage referrals as a growth lever
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue quotas consistently

What We're Looking For

• Native-level French fluency and professional English proficiency (English is the working language)
• 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record as a top performer (top 20%)
• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder deals and selling to C-level executives
• Track record of success in highly competitive markets
• Strong interest in or experience with sales automation and sales technology tools
• Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving
• Competitive team player who is driven by results and dislikes losing
• Ability to succeed without extensive resources or hand-holding
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
