We are representing a confidential fintech client seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in German to serve their DACH market. This London-based role sits at the intersection of enterprise software support and AI-enabled customer success, delivering white-glove service to German-speaking finance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in German and English via email and chat with accuracy and speed
  • Join customer meetings to troubleshoot technical issues in real-time
  • Analyze and document product malfunctions for internal escalation
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues before they escalate
  • Follow up systematically to ensure full resolution of technical concerns
  • Guide customers through feature adoption and optimization
  • Collect and share customer feedback with account management, product, and sales teams
  • Collaborate with learning teams to maintain accurate help center documentation
  • Maintain ongoing communication with external stakeholders and partners
  • Support account management on customer activation and retention initiatives
  • Deliver exceptional service that builds long-term trust

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer support experience
  • B2B SaaS customer support background
  • Native or fluent German and English (spoken and written)
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems such as Intercom, Zendesk, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI-first workflows and tools
  • Comfort managing multiple concurrent customer conversations

Nice to Have:

  • Background in finance, accounting, or fintech environments
  • Familiarity with ERP or accounting software
