We are representing a confidential events and media organization that is experiencing rapid growth across multiple industry verticals. Our talent team is seeking an Account Executive to join their London headquarters and play a key role in driving conference sponsorship revenue.

You'll own the full sales cycle for high-value sponsorship packages, working directly with senior leadership on conference strategy while enjoying significant autonomy and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle for conference sponsorships, from prospecting through close
• Deliver credible, professional sales pitches to senior-level prospects and achieve ambitious revenue targets
• Develop a robust pipeline by collaborating with marketing and research teams to identify and engage potential sponsors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, partnering with content and delivery teams to ensure exceptional event experiences
• Create compelling, tailored pitches that showcase the value proposition to prospects
• Travel internationally to attend conferences and engage with clients

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets
• Demonstrated passion for sales and business development with evidence of results
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship-building abilities and genuine curiosity about people
• High sense of urgency, ownership mentality, and growth mindset
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail in all work
• Right to work in the United Kingdom
• Ability to work Monday–Friday from the office in Victoria, London (no remote work available)

Pay
