About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a leading global production organisation in their search for a Senior Account Manager to join their London operations. This is a hybrid role working with a major retail client, delivering high-quality digital content and activation campaigns across multiple channels.

You'll be embedded within the client's Activation team, working onsite in Watford 2-3 times per week, with occasional visits to the production office in London. This is a pivotal role where you'll manage digital projects from brief through to delivery, coordinating between creative teams, stakeholders, and agencies.

Responsibilities

As Senior Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage digital media projects including web, email, and paid media campaigns from briefing to final delivery
  • Coordinate between multiple stakeholders including the client's in-house creative team, internal production teams, and third-party partners
  • Prepare client proposals, present creative work, and deliver materials to the highest standard
  • Provide weekly status reports, agendas, and detailed contact reports following client meetings
  • Manage timelines using project management tools (Workfront and Trello) and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs
  • Monitor workflows, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to optimise processes
  • Conduct quality control on all materials before client delivery, ensuring technical specs and schedules are correct
  • Build strong day-to-day relationships with all client and agency stakeholders
  • Escalate issues appropriately and recommend solutions to ensure timely project completion
  • Mentor team members and provide administrative support as required

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone with:

  • Experience working in creative, branding, social, digital or print production environments
  • Proven experience managing and servicing multi-market accounts in the retail space
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with creative adaptation briefs
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and proactive communication skills
  • Fluent oral and written English (additional languages desirable)
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong numeracy skills and ability to work with budgets and timelines
  • Basic understanding of digital media including web, email, and paid media channels
  • Quick learner with various software platforms and project management tools
  • Can-do attitude with ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Team player mindset with mentoring capabilities
