Wir von Get A Job.ai vertreten einen Performance-Marketing-Kunden im DACH-Raum, der nach einem/einer erfahrenen Copywriter/in (m/w/d) für Meta & TikTok Ads sucht. Unser Mandant arbeitet täglich mit führenden E-Commerce- und D2C-Marken zusammen und optimiert deren Werbekampagnen auf höchstem Niveau. Die Position ist in Düsseldorf angesiedelt.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Recherche von Zielgruppen, Wettbewerbern und aktuellen Social-Media-Trends, um daraus überzeugende Copy zu entwickeln
- Verfassen performance-orientierter Werbetexte für Video- und Static Ads auf Meta und TikTok
- Entwicklung kreativer Hooks, Skripte und Ad-Konzepte mit Fokus auf Direct Response und Verkaufspsychologie
- Analyse der Creative-Performance anhand relevanter KPIs und Ableitung konkreter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Creative Strategists, Content Creators und Designern zur Umsetzung erfolgreicher Kampagnen
- Kontinuierliches Testen neuer Ansätze und Trends im Performance-Marketing-Umfeld
Was wir suchen
- Circa 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Copywriting, idealerweise im Performance-Marketing- oder Social-Media-Bereich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Direct Response Copywriting und Verkaufspsychologie
- Tiefes Verständnis für Buying-Psychologie, Hook-Strukturen und Verkaufslogik
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit, sich intensiv in Zielgruppen einzuarbeiten
- Leidenschaft für Social Media, Trends und deren strategische Adaptation für Werbezwecke
- Bereitschaft, sich in die Ads Manager von Meta und TikTok einzuarbeiten und datenbasiert zu arbeiten
- Organisationstalent, Lernbereitschaft und Motivation zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
