Our client is experiencing significant growth and seeks a Senior Social Media Manager to lead creative strategy and content development for their portfolio of high-profile accounts. This is an on-site position in Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative process for major consumer brands across German-speaking markets
• Develop scripts and concepts for organic social content, paid advertising, and integrated campaigns
• Collaborate directly with leadership on strategic direction and client relationships
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize creative assets based on data insights
• Participate in advanced creative training and professional development programs

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in creative strategy, ideally within an agency or brand environment
• Strong intuition for social media trends and high-performing content formats
• Excellent communication skills and genuine ability to connect with diverse audiences
• Full availability and commitment to delivering exceptional results
• Fluency in German is required for this role
• Must be able to work on-site in Berlin
