Talent Acquisition Manager @AI-Native Executive Search

About This Role

We are representing a confidential executive search organization that specializes in embedding talent acquisition professionals directly into high-growth companies. This is not traditional agency recruiting—you will work inside client organizations for defined project periods, owning their entire pipeline for commercial and go-to-market roles.

You will switch context every few months: one quarter you may be hiring for a SaaS platform's sales team, the next for a portfolio company's revenue organization. You operate with structure, speed, and modern tooling, then move to the next engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete candidate pipeline for sales and go-to-market positions from sourcing through to hiring team handover
• Embed directly within client organizations as an extension of their team during multi-month engagements
• Define search parameters with hiring managers, map target markets, and maintain a healthy qualified funnel
• Conduct structured first-round interviews using competency-based frameworks and scorecards
• Leverage AI-powered tools for sourcing, candidate enrichment, filtering, and outreach at volume
• Deliver weekly pipeline reports showing candidate flow, conversion metrics, and bottleneck analysis
• Transition between client engagements, adapting quickly to new business models and market segments

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in recruiting, sourcing, or high-volume sales—we value execution and process discipline over traditional recruiting backgrounds
• Credibility with commercial roles: you understand what makes a strong Account Executive, Sales Leader, or Chief Revenue Officer
• Technical adaptability and curiosity about AI tooling rather than attachment to legacy recruiting methods
• Ability to integrate into new organizations quickly and deliver value from week one
• Professional fluency in both German and English
• Comfort with project-based work structures and context-switching between industries
