Talent Acquisition Partner – French Speaker

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cleantech organization in their search for a Talent Acquisition Partner - French Speaker based in Bristol or London. Our client is a high-growth technology company operating across multiple international markets, focused on sustainable energy solutions.

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring existing right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. The role offers flexible working with an expectation of 3 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology, Product, and Commercial teams to understand hiring needs and deliver talent strategies
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from briefing through to offer and pre-boarding coordination
• Source and attract candidates across multiple channels and platforms
• Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, providing timely and honest feedback throughout the process
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines and shortlists at every stage
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships and screen candidates for both technical skills and cultural alignment
• Coach hiring managers on inclusive, best-practice interviewing techniques
• Use recruitment data and metrics to inform decision-making and keep stakeholders aligned
• Contribute to wider talent initiatives including employer branding, process improvements, community partnerships, and evaluation of new recruitment tools
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices throughout all hiring activities

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Fluent French language skills
• In-house Talent Partner or Recruiter experience within a high-growth tech startup or scaleup environment
• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience across all stages from role briefing to contract delivery
• Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
• Knowledge and application of DE&I best practices in hiring processes

• Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences
• Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments
• Creative problem-solving approach to recruitment challenges
• Experience with Greenhouse and/or Workday systems
