Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential building systems engineering firm seeking a Project Leader for Electrical Engineering in Berlin. In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage complex electrical engineering projects within building services across all HOAI planning phases
  • Develop innovative and cost-effective electrical concepts for new construction and existing buildings
  • Coordinate project teams and collaborate with specialist planners, clients, architects, and external partners
  • Monitor schedules, costs, and quality throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Conduct technical coordination meetings and planning discussions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant norms, regulations, and guidelines
  • Support tendering, contract award, and billing processes for electrical installations
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and project stakeholders on all project-related matters

What We're Looking For

  • Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, Building Services with focus on Electrical Engineering, or comparable qualification
  • Alternatively: advanced certification as state-certified technician or master craftsman (Meister) in Electrical Engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in planning or project management of electrical installations
  • Strong knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and relevant norms and regulations
  • Experience in building services engineering (TGA) highly desirable
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Economic thinking with high quality and responsibility awareness
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • Proficiency with MS Office and industry-specific planning software
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
