About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential real estate organization in München that is building its rental division with a structured approach to talent development. Our talent team is seeking a Werkstudent or part-time professional to support property leasing operations in a client-facing role.

This is not a back-office position. You will conduct viewings, interact directly with prospective tenants and property owners, and learn the residential rental market through hands-on experience with real units and real decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing for rental units: schedule photography, prepare listings, publish and maintain advertisements across platforms
• Manage prospective tenant inquiries: screen applications, qualify leads, schedule viewings, and conduct property tours
• Support tenant selection: review documentation for completeness, assess financial qualifications, and provide recommendations to senior team members
• Assist with property handovers and inspections: prepare protocols, document meter readings, record defects, and manage key transfers
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems: log all contact points, appointment statuses, and case updates
• Provide operational support to senior brokers: prepare appointment materials, compile property documents, handle correspondence, and follow up with contacts
• Complete administrative tasks as needed: maintain master data, digitize documents, and document internal processes

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable approaching people and leading group viewings with multiple prospective tenants
• Ability to assess applicants beyond financial metrics—instinct or willingness to develop judgment about people
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties, appointments, and deadlines simultaneously
• Reliable follow-through—missed viewings damage client relationships more than any other mistake
• Proactive communication: ask questions rather than guess, with both clients and internal colleagues
• Currently enrolled as a student or seeking part-time employment (study focus flexible; commercial or real estate interest helpful)
• Quick to learn software systems and comfortable with digital workflows
• No prior real estate experience required—we will train the technical and procedural aspects
