Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential engineering consultancy in Berlin that specializes in building services. In this role, you will:

• Independently coordinate, monitor, and perform quality control for HVAC and plumbing systems on construction sites
• Manage and oversee schedules, costs, and quality standards during the construction execution phase
• Create, maintain, and track project schedules while monitoring construction progress
• Conduct VOB-compliant written correspondence and documentation
• Prepare quality assurance and site reports using digital project management tools such as PlanRadar
• Document construction progress through daily site reports
• Review measurements and verify invoices and change orders
• Conduct and support acceptance procedures according to VOB standards
• Track and document defects during construction execution and warranty phases
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, specialist planners, contractors, and other project stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in building services engineering, energy and building technology, or technical building equipment (TGA) with focus on HVAC and plumbing
• Alternatively, advanced certification as a state-certified technician or master craftsman in heating, climate control, ventilation, or plumbing systems
• Several years of professional experience in site supervision, construction monitoring, or project management of HVAC systems preferred
• Thorough knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and relevant technical regulations
• Proficient use of MS Office and industry-specific software such as PlanRadar, AVA ORCA, or comparable applications
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and ability to assert yourself professionally
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Valid Class B driver's license
