Lead Generation Representative – MST/PST

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential medical device organization in their search for a Lead Generation Representative working remotely across the United States. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to break into healthcare technology while making a meaningful impact on patient lives.

Unlike traditional cold-calling roles, you'll engage with warm leads—people who have already expressed interest in innovative diabetes care solutions. You'll be the first point of contact, helping guide prospective patients through their journey while partnering closely with the sales team. This position offers valuable experience in healthcare sales, customer engagement, and CRM systems within a 100% remote work environment.

The hours for this role are 9:00am to 6:00pm local time, with candidates considered from any U.S. time zone.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients who have expressed interest in diabetes management technology
• Handle inbound calls from patients generated through physicians' offices and marketing programs
• Introduce our client's sales team process to prospective patients
• Apply product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and address competitive comparisons
• Move prospects through the sales cycle within agreed timeframes
• Convert marketing-generated leads into sales-qualified opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful transfer of qualified leads

What We're Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Comfortable sitting and standing in a normal office environment
• Manual dexterity for computer keyboard use

Preferred Qualifications:

• Spanish fluency (bilingual candidates strongly preferred)
• Experience with medical software (EMR/PM systems)
• Background working in a medical practice setting
• Salesforce or other CRM competency
