About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization that is modernizing a traditional industry through digital transformation. Our client serves over 100,000 professionals managing complex operational workflows, and they're building a cloud-based ERP platform that brings accounting, data management, and core business processes into one intuitive system.
As design becomes increasingly critical to their product strategy, we're seeking a Senior Product Designer to take ownership of key platform areas and transform complex, data-heavy workflows into elegant user experiences. You'll work directly with the Head of Design, Product Owners, and Engineering teams to drive design solutions from discovery through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive product design across major areas of the core platform, from problem discovery to final implementation
- Translate complex, data-intensive workflows into simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiences
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI designs that clearly communicate solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ensure concepts are technically feasible and shippable
- Contribute to and continuously evolve the design system, including reusable components, patterns, and documentation
- Leverage customer insights, product context, and feedback to challenge assumptions and improve existing experiences
- Support other designers through knowledge sharing, feedback, and elevating overall design quality
What We're Looking For
- 7–9 years of hands-on Product Design experience, ideally with SaaS products
- Experience designing complex, data-heavy products such as ERP systems, business software, or comparable enterprise applications
- Strong UX thinking combined with excellent UI skills and experience working with scalable design systems
- High proficiency in Figma and comfort using modern AI and prototyping tools to accelerate design work
- Understanding of front-end development constraints and enthusiasm for collaborating with engineers
- Ability to take ownership of complex problems and drive them confidently from exploration to high-quality solution
- Fluency in both German and English, with comfort working in international, cross-functional environments
- Portfolio demonstrating experience with complex B2B or enterprise product design
