Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare IT organization seeking a Project Manager for Insurance Software in München. In this role, you will:

• Lead complex IT projects with measurable impact in the healthcare sector
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions
• Guide clients from initial planning through implementation and delivery
• Establish standards that reduce complexity and advance digital transformation
• Manage on-site customer appointments, particularly during implementation phases
• Participate in team collaboration sessions and knowledge exchange

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in IT project management, ideally within insurance or healthcare software
• Technical understanding combined with strong process optimization skills
• Ability to manage interdisciplinary teams and stakeholder relationships
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with customers and internal teams
• Flexibility for travel to customer sites, including multi-day assignments with overnight stays
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular on-site presence in München (2-3 days per week)
• German language proficiency required for this role

Work Model
