About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking a Program Manager III to join their remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence and lead strategic initiatives that directly impact service delivery and compliance across the organization.
In this role, you will orchestrate multiple concurrent projects, working with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and service quality. You'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, develop implementation strategies, and guide initiatives from conception through successful deployment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze program performance to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, improved service levels, and enhanced regulatory compliance
- Develop and execute strategies to realize improvement opportunities while ensuring organizational alignment and resource optimization
- Manage multiple projects through the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, scheduling, resource management, budget oversight, and deployment
- Apply corporate and industry-standard project management methodologies and tools to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including action items, issues tracking, and risk mitigation plans
- Communicate project status effectively to all stakeholders through executive summaries, presentations, and regular updates
- Negotiate with stakeholders to secure resources, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks throughout project execution
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings with diverse teams to align on objectives and meet stakeholder expectations
- Provide functional and technical expertise regarding program requirements and operational considerations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience); Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of project implementation, product management, or program management experience
- Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management environments is highly valued
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong proficiency with project management tools, techniques, and methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level reporting
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence, and lead without direct authority
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable strategies
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
