Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential organization in Munich seeking an IT Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for employee technical issues. In this role, you will handle first and second-level support requests efficiently and professionally.
- Process support requests and technical incidents through the ticketing system (First & Second Level)
- Set up and maintain workstations, notebooks, and mobile devices
- Support onboarding of new employees with hardware and software setup
- Collaborate closely with the IT system administration team on complex technical matters
- Independently maintain internal IT documentation
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training as IT specialist in system integration (Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration) or comparable qualification
- Initial hands-on experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and standard office software
- Foundational understanding of network technologies (LAN/WAN, VPN)
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with genuine enjoyment of helping people
