About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency based in Munich that serves clients across diverse industries. Our talent team is seeking a Working Student in Content Marketing (m/w/d) to support exciting client projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience in content creation, social media, and online marketing.

This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced marketing professionals, taking on your own projects and responsibilities early on. You'll contribute to real campaigns while balancing your studies with flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality written content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital communication channels
• Support the conception, planning, and implementation of content marketing initiatives
• Maintain editorial calendars and coordinate content publication schedules
• Produce social media content, creatives, presentations, and simple graphics and videos
• Assist with social media campaigns, LinkedIn communication, and content management activities
• Contribute to diverse online marketing projects and gain exposure to multiple marketing disciplines
• Participate actively in team meetings and creative brainstorming sessions

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program such as German Studies, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a comparable field
• Enthusiasm for content marketing, social media, and digital communication
• Excellent German language skills, both written and verbal, with strong linguistic sensitivity
• Prior practical experience in content marketing, social media, or online marketing is advantageous but not required
• Creativity, initiative, and enjoyment in turning ideas into reality
• Structured and independent working style with attention to detail
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and eagerness to grow professionally
