About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency based in Munich that is seeking an Online Marketing Trainee to join their team through a comprehensive 12-month development program. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates who want to build a career in digital marketing while working on diverse client projects across multiple industries.
In this trainee role, you will receive hands-on training in all core disciplines of online marketing, from search engine advertising to analytics. You'll work alongside experienced marketing professionals, take on real client responsibilities early in your journey, and develop into a well-rounded Online Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive onboarding across various online marketing disciplines throughout the 12-month program
- Contribute to client projects and progressively assume ownership of specific areas
- Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (SEA)
- Support SEO initiatives, content marketing efforts, and social media activities
- Conduct tracking setup, web analytics, and conversion rate optimization
- Create performance reports and develop data-driven recommendations for clients
- Participate in intensive practical training sessions and earn certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and other relevant marketing tools
What We're Looking For
- Strong enthusiasm for online marketing and digital trends
- Successfully completed university degree or comparable qualification
- Initial practical experience in online marketing through internships, working student positions, or personal projects is advantageous
- Analytical mindset with structured and self-directed working style
- Solid proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and enjoyment of teamwork
- German language proficiency required for this Munich-based role
