Wir vertreten einen vertraulichen Kunden aus der Event- und Freizeitbranche in Berlin. Als Werkstudent*in im Bereich Finance arbeitest du direkt mit dem CFO zusammen und erhältst Einblicke in alle wesentlichen Finanzthemen – von Finanzierung über Controlling bis hin zu Planung und Reporting.
Diese Position bietet dir die Möglichkeit, in einem wachsenden Unternehmen mitzugestalten und praktische Erfahrungen in der Finance-Abteilung zu sammeln.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Buchhaltung: Kontierung von Kreditorenrechnungen und adressatengerechte Vorbereitung für die Freigabe durch Fachabteilungen
- Planung & Budgetierung: Unterstützung beim jährlichen Planungsprozess für Budget und strategische Unternehmensplanung
- Reporting: Mitwirkung beim Aufbau von Controlling-Prozessen und geeigneten Berichtsstrukturen
- Datenmanagement: Pflege von Finanzdaten, Erstellung von Berichten und Dokumenten mit hoher Genauigkeit
- Digitalisierung: Test und Implementierung neuer Softwarelösungen sowie KI-Tools, Optimierung interner Workflows
Was wir suchen
- Eingeschriebene*r BWL-Student*in, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Accounting, Controlling oder Finance
- Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
- Technisches Verständnis und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Freude am Umgang mit Daten und großen Tabellen
- Präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, auch bei administrativen Aufgaben
- Technikaffinität und schnelle Einarbeitung in neue Tools
- Verständnis für KI-Tools und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Prompting
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Finance-Bereich von Vorteil
