Projektmanager (m/w/d) Energieberatung & Sanierung

Responsibilities

We are representing a growing energy consulting and planning firm near Hamburg that supports clients with building projects across new construction and existing residential and commercial properties. As Project Manager for Energy Consulting & Renovation, you will:

• Create energy performance certificates (demand-based and consumption-based) for residential and commercial buildings
• Develop individual renovation roadmaps (iSFP) and evaluate measures for energy efficiency and economic viability
• Perform energy planning and thermal protection calculations
• Plan and oversee efficiency house concepts for residential and commercial buildings from planning through implementation
• Advise property owners on energy-efficient modernization and sustainable renovation solutions
• Support clients in selecting, applying for, and processing suitable grants and funding programs
• Collaborate closely with architects, specialist planners, and other project stakeholders, coordinating project alignment

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Engineering or Architecture (Bachelor or Master), or alternatively a completed vocational training with master craftsman title
• Experience in energy-efficient renovation of existing buildings
• Ideally, experience creating energy performance certificates and individual renovation roadmaps (iSFP)
• Knowledge of funding programs and grants (e.g., BAFA and KfW)
• Strong understanding of energy consumption, CO₂ balances, and economic feasibility assessments
• Independent, structured, and reliable work approach with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Solution-oriented mindset, team collaboration skills, and demonstrated commitment and responsibility
• Confident communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and enthusiasm for advising clients competently
• German language proficiency required for client interaction and documentation
