About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing e-commerce brand in Hamburg that has quickly established itself as a market leader in their product category across multiple European markets. Our client is seeking a talented Content Creator to join their dynamic 10-person team and shape their visual presence across social media platforms.

This is a full-time, on-site role with home office flexibility available. You'll have the creative freedom to produce compelling content from concept to publication while working closely with their creative strategy team.

Responsibilities

• Independently produce content for social media channels from planning through filming, photography, and publication
• Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other social media formats using Instagram, Canva, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro
• Execute creative briefs while developing your own ideas for trend-aligned, high-performing content
• Analyze content performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities for future posts
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist to implement creative campaigns
• Monitor current social media trends, creator formats, and platform developments, bringing fresh insights to the organization
• Photograph and film product content for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels in both spontaneous and planned shoots

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying media, marketing, communications, or a comparable field—or proven talent and experience in content creation
• Deep understanding of platform requirements and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels
• Active engagement with social media trends, creator formats, and successful content strategies beyond personal use
• Initial experience in photo, video, or content production
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Instagram, or Final Cut Pro
• Understanding of the differences between UGC, organic content, and performance-oriented video ads
• Independent, reliable work style with strong initiative
• Excellent sense for current trends, visual design, and digital storytelling
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to start on short notice is ideal
