Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential regional banking organization in their search for a Business Center Advisor to join their newly established commercial customer service and sales team. In this role, you will:

• Proactively contact commercial clients by phone and digital channels to identify advisory needs and complete product transactions
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for questions across the full range of commercial banking products and services
• Identify sales opportunities and ensure smooth handoffs to specialists when clients require additional support
• Complete follow-up tasks related to sales activities and contribute to ongoing process optimization and development of the Business Center
• Focus on delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving successful sales outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Completed training as a Bankkaufmann/Bankkauffrau with solid experience in banking operations
• Strong sales and service orientation with a structured, results-driven work style
• Excellent communication skills for phone and digital interactions—clear, confident, and persuasive
• Ability to recognize and develop customer needs while providing professional-level advisory services
• Proven success in closing sales over the phone and strong understanding of commercial client requirements
• Team player with high initiative who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Interest in helping build a new business unit from the ground up
