Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential food and beverage startup in Frankfurt am Main seeking a Content Creator who will become the authentic voice and face of their protein product brand. This is not a desk job—you'll live and breathe fitness culture while creating content that resonates with an active, health-conscious community.

In this role, you will:

• Own the entire social media content lifecycle for the protein brand—from initial concept through to publication
• Serve as both on-camera talent and behind-the-scenes creator, bringing genuine passion for fitness and protein products to every piece of content
• Plan and execute video shoots independently, managing all aspects of production
• Identify emerging fitness trends early and translate them into compelling, timely content
• Edit video content professionally with a sharp eye for what makes a cut work
• Develop original formats and content concepts that strengthen the brand's position in the fitness space
• Engage authentically with the target audience because you are part of that community yourself

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who doesn't just create content—they need someone who lives this lifestyle. The ideal candidate brings:

• Proven content creation experience with a portfolio or personal channel (required—this is not negotiable)
• Genuine passion for fitness, sport, and protein products—this is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have
• Confidence and skill both in front of and behind the camera
• Professional video editing abilities using tools like Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok
• Creative thinking balanced with structured, organized work habits
• Fluency in German for content creation and team collaboration

This is a full-time position based in Frankfurt am Main, starting in July. You'll be working on-site with a young, dynamic team of approximately 30 people.

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process based on your experience and portfolio strength.
