(Senior) Sales Executive (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential WealthTech organization seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and relationship development in the London market. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, working with sophisticated financial institutions and high-net-worth service providers.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing market strategies for lead generation and conversion, analyzing customer requirements, competitive landscape, and market trends
• Engaging prospects through product presentations, both digital and in-person, and responding to RFPs with tailored proposals
• Building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and solution partner
• Identifying and developing partnerships that align with business objectives, working closely with senior leadership
• Representing the organization at industry events within the finance and FinTech communities
• Contributing insights from client interactions to inform product development and market positioning

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a proven sales professional with several years of experience selling complex products in financial services or SaaS environments. The ideal candidate brings:

• A strong network of decision-makers in the financial sector, particularly among family offices, banks, and external asset managers
• Demonstrated success in selling modern technology solutions with a consultative, solution-oriented approach
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the capability to develop bespoke solutions that deliver measurable business value
• Analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex processes, translating insights into strategic actions
• Business fluency in English
• A hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently and structure priorities effectively
• Thoroughness, discretion, and willingness to travel as needed
