Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential cleantech organization in Berlin that's working on building decarbonization solutions. They're seeking a Working Student Energy Management to support their technical operations starting immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate student interested in energy systems and automation to gain hands-on experience with digital building optimization technologies. You'll work directly with production systems and contribute to both technical implementation and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate data input and refine pre-calibration processes for model accuracy
• Monitor, track, and report calibration progress across multiple concurrent projects
• Manage tasks, timelines, and workflows using project management tools like Jira
• Contribute to automation development and improve calibration scripts
• Support development and optimization of internal tooling to enhance scalability
• Collaborate with Product team to refine workflows and drive continuous process improvements
• Maintain structured documentation and keep stakeholders informed with clear updates

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related technical field
• Hands-on experience running and modifying automation scripts in a production environment
• Proficiency with Python and HTML5
• Strong interest in energy systems, automation, and optimization
• Analytical approach to technical challenges with strong attention to detail
• Ability to effectively track project progress and manage tasks efficiently
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Organized mindset with ability to maintain structured documentation
