(Junior) Marketing & Social Media Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate development organization based in Grünwald seeking a motivated (Junior) Marketing & Social Media Manager to strengthen their digital presence and marketing operations.

In this role, you will:

• Plan, create, and implement social media content across multiple platforms
• Support the development and execution of sales-oriented marketing campaigns within the real estate sector
• Create property exposés, presentations, promotional materials, and digital marketing assets
• Work with modern AI tools for content creation, image editing, and process optimization
• Contribute to the development of the company's external brand presence and corporate communications
• Plan and accompany photo and video shoots for properties and projects, supporting post-production work
• Bring fresh ideas to the table and help advance the organization's digital brand strategy

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree or vocational training in marketing, communications, media, real estate management, or a comparable qualification
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and modern AI technologies
• Ideally, initial practical experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management
• Good instinct for design, communication, and audience-targeted content
• Structured, independent, and creative working style with high learning motivation
• Strong communication skills, organized approach, initiative, and hands-on mentality
• Proficiency with MS Office and ideally familiar with common social media and design tools
• German language proficiency required for this Grünwald-based position
