About This Opportunity
We are representing a well-funded, mission-driven technology startup based in Munich. Our client is experiencing rapid growth and seeks a Founder's Associate to work directly with the leadership team on strategic initiatives. This role is available as either an internship or working student position.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with founders on business development initiatives from conception through execution
- Drive process optimization and automation to support scaling operations
- Develop and implement sales strategies alongside the leadership team
- Support strategic projects across various business functions
- Contribute to growth-focused initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment
What We're Looking For
