About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the customer service sector, seeking experienced EU-based freelancers for an inbound customer service project focused on prepaid services. This is a 100% remote opportunity based from Hamburg operations, offering flexible project work for independent contractors.

As freelance partners in our talent network, you'll support innovative inbound customer service initiatives while maintaining full control over your schedule and working environment. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone and written channels with a focus on delivering excellent service experiences.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via telephone and written communication channels
• Provide solution-oriented support, answering customer questions and resolving issues effectively
• Ensure positive customer experiences through professional, friendly interactions
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer support
• Manage your workday independently as a freelance contractor
• Utilize CRM and ticketing systems to document and track customer interactions

What We're Looking For

• Location: EU-based (excluding Germany) with registered freelance business and VAT ID
• Proven experience working as a customer service agent or similar role
• German language proficiency at C1 or C2 level – clear, error-free, and customer-focused communication
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Technical proficiency with common CRM and ticketing systems
• Officially registered as a freelancer with authorization to work within the EU
• Dedicated home workspace with stable internet connection
• Solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
