Product Manager (m/w/d) – Ecosystem Solutions (B2B2C)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the electric mobility infrastructure sector. Our client is expanding their ecosystem solutions team and seeks a Product Manager to take ownership of critical B2B2C integrations and services that power charging experiences across multiple European markets.

This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, requiring 3 days per week in their centrally located office.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and evolution of ecosystem components, integrations, and services that deliver value for end users and the business
• Own the budget for development and design initiatives within your product area
• Shape and coordinate API and system integrations across internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring alignment between software, hardware, operations, commercial teams, and partners
• Take ownership of product quality, continuously improving planning, delivery, and maintenance processes
• Identify customer pain points, operational challenges, and market opportunities, translating them into product improvements and initiatives
• Prioritize work using value-based frameworks in a multi-stakeholder environment, considering customer impact, business value, and strategic goals
• Translate customer, business, and technical needs into clear requirements and user stories
• Support iterative delivery and pilots, equipping local markets with necessary tooling, documentation, and support
• Work closely with engineers to clarify scope, answer questions, and make implementation trade-offs
• Run Scrum processes for development teams and coordinate work packages with internal colleagues
• Prototype feature UI/UX using AI coding tools to validate ideas before engineering builds

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, working on platforms, APIs, integrations, or internal tools — ideally in energy, IoT, or hardware-software ecosystems
• Technical comfort beyond spreadsheet tools — able to work with APIs, dashboards, and low-/no-code platforms without writing production code
• Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot in daily work
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to bridge engineering, operations, commercial teams, partners, and customers
• Data-driven problem solver with strong analytical thinking and UX focus for internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities, define solutions, and drive initiatives from concept through delivery
• Comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder service environments
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and adaptable approach in fast-evolving organizations
• English C1 required; German is a plus
