Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization based in Cologne. In this Customer Support Manager role, you will oversee the complete customer journey for business clients:
- Manage end-to-end commercial customer support, from digital orders and service requests through to invoicing
- Coordinate processes between online shop systems, internal ERP platforms, and incoming customer inquiries
- Handle order creation and client-supplier communication across diverse product categories
- Drive strategic development of B2B customer relationships toward technical integrations and digital workflows
- Provide expert consultation via phone and written channels
What We're Looking For
- Completed university degree or commercial vocational training (wholesale, industrial commerce, bookselling, or comparable qualification)
- Desirable: initial professional experience in customer service and order processing
- Reliable, goal-oriented work style with a customer-focused and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German; English proficiency is a plus
- Confident use of MS Office applications and user-friendly web platforms
- Enthusiasm for working within a diverse team and contributing to team culture
