Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce services organization based in Stuttgart. Our client is seeking an Online Marketing Manager to join their team and take ownership of advertising budget management and campaign optimization for marketplace platforms. This role offers a hybrid working model and strong opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEA strategies in collaboration with account management teams to maximize advertising potential on major e-commerce marketplaces
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and perform on-page and off-page analyses to continuously improve campaign performance
• Optimize and monitor campaigns on an ongoing basis to achieve maximum results and ROI
• Analyze campaign data using specialized analytics tools and derive concrete actions for performance improvement
• Build and maintain detailed reporting systems to transparently document campaign results and successes for clients
• Manage seller platform tools to oversee and control advertising campaigns
• Adjust and optimize PPC pricing based on predefined strategies to maximize efficiency and return on investment
• Calculate and manage advertising budgets to achieve optimal visibility within budget constraints

What We're Looking For

• Completed commercial training or apprenticeship, ideally as an E-Commerce specialist or in a related field
• Self-directed working style with the ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently
• Quick learner with the ability to rapidly absorb new subject areas and understand complex relationships
• Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
• Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of numbers and data-driven decision-making
• Structured communication skills, both written and oral
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for campaign analysis and professional presentations
• Experience with marketplace advertising platforms and SEA strategies preferred
