We are representing a confidential professional services organization seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join their Enterprise Content Management Systems team. This remote role requires residency in New York or Washington, D.C., and offers the opportunity to lead strategic technology initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Manage projects following established SDLC processes, ensuring proper deliverables and stage gate planning
- Oversee a portfolio of concurrent projects and workstreams across various business systems
- Partner with IT leadership to understand project sequencing, dependencies, and execution timelines
- Develop comprehensive project plans, manage sprints, and track tasks, budgets, and status reports
- Deliver executive-level reporting on project status, risks, issues, and budget adherence
- Manage intake, tracking, and prioritization of new work requests
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with clear agendas, goals, and actionable outcomes
- Collaborate across IT and business teams to coordinate work, remove blockers, and maintain consistent progress
- Maintain responsive, clear communication with leadership and stakeholders at all levels
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 10+ years of project management experience preferred, with a focus on large, complex projects
- 7+ years of executive-level engagement and customer service required
- 7+ years of information technology experience required
- Experience in professional services or legal industry environments strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Atlassian Confluence and JIRA
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of navigating challenges effectively
- Proven capacity to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Highly collaborative and customer-focused approach to delivery
