About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential health-tech organization based in Berlin. We're seeking a Working Student for Digital Operations to support critical business systems, product data management, and technical support operations. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing environment where you'll bridge technical systems, e-commerce operations, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming support tickets related to product rewards and calculations, diagnosing whether issues stem from technical bugs, process misunderstandings, or calculation errors, and resolving or escalating appropriately
- Execute end-to-end setup of new SKUs including assigning correct SKU numbers based on established numbering schemas
- Create new products in CRM systems with complete attribute details such as category, item type, and activation requirements
- Sync new SKUs into accounting systems and configure local tax and compliance settings as needed
- Coordinate with activation and sync systems to ensure new products launch correctly
- Liaise with logistics teams on warehouse mapping for physical products
- Apply correct tagging to new SKUs for internal reporting purposes
- Communicate status updates and resolve questions with internal stakeholders, primarily the e-commerce team
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled at a university in Germany
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data and business systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams
- Prior experience with CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, or similar tools is a plus
- Reliable self-starter who can work independently once onboarded
- Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
