FP&A Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking an FP&A Manager based in Ukraine. Our talent team is working with a global technology company that serves enterprise clients across multiple markets. This role offers the opportunity to partner directly with senior leadership on strategic financial planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage long-term planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting processes across the organization
• Maintain and improve enterprise FP&A systems and financial models
• Act as a Finance Business Partner with management and cost center managers, delivering presentations with actionable insights and helping formulate strategies to drive improved financial results
• Perform in-depth reviews and evaluations of monthly actual and forecasted financials to support operational and strategic initiatives, monitoring performance versus plan and prior periods
• Liaise with business, operations, and controllership teams to gather insights on performance
• Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems, enhancing overall efficiency and accuracy
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, including automation and coordination with upstream and downstream departments
• Approve payment requests, ensuring amounts are budgeted for and are within approved thresholds
• Make thoughtful time management decisions independently, prioritize work, resolve issues, meet deadlines, and discern between urgent and non-urgent matters

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of FP&A experience required
• Fluency in written and conversational English
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data
• Proficiency in enterprise-level FP&A tools and software (such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle Hyperion/NetSuite, Anaplan, or similar platforms), as well as Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to independently resolve issues and problem-solve successfully while working on multiple priorities
• Ability to balance attention to detail and accuracy with a sense of urgency on critically meaningful work
