We are representing a confidential AI research organization seeking Manufacturing and Supply Chain experts for a fully remote contract role. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is building a pipeline of experienced professionals to support critical model training and evaluation work. This is a flexible, remote opportunity for seasoned practitioners who want to leverage their expertise in a cutting-edge application.

Responsibilities

• Guide research teams to address knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics domains
• Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to Supply Chain and Manufacturing topics, setting quality benchmarks
• Design challenging, domain-relevant tasks across multiple specializations within your field
• Write accurate and well-structured solutions to complex Supply Chain and Manufacturing problems
• Evaluate supply chain-related tasks and solutions, providing clear written feedback
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of dedicated professional experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, or Logistics at top-tier organizations
• Demonstrable history of progressive career growth in your domain
• Deep, specific focus in core supply chain or manufacturing functions
• Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours per week during weekdays
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities
