Assistant, Digital Styling & Selling

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential luxury retail organization seeking an Assistant for Digital Styling & Selling. This is an exciting opportunity to support high-touch client experiences in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment where digital and physical retail converge.

In this role, you'll provide critical operational and creative support to a top-performing stylist, managing everything from client records and merchandising to social content creation and digital selling campaigns. You'll work as part of a coordinated assistant team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional styling experiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned stylist to prepare looks, understand client preferences, and deliver exceptional personalized experiences
• Manage client service requests end-to-end with detailed follow-up and maintain comprehensive client records including sizes, preferences, and purchase history
• Source high-demand and trend-forward items by coordinating with stores, buyers, and inventory systems
• Build merchandising assets highlighting top-selling, trending, and seasonal pieces while tracking new arrivals and performance data
• Create and publish fashion-forward digital content including styled lookbooks, Instagram posts, and product roundups with pin attribution
• Manage social selling efforts including content scheduling, link tracking, click performance analysis, and conversion insights
• Oversee retail operations including returns, order tracking, alterations, POS management, and order fulfillment workflows
• Own scheduling, calendar management, and logistics for digital styling appointments
• Collaborate closely with styling and operational assistant counterparts to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree strongly preferred)
• Experience in retail, fashion, or styling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail or digital selling environment
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable with social media platforms and digital content creation
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and other digital tools
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working in both brick-and-mortar and digital retail environments
• Familiarity with competitive styling programs
