Service Process & Project Leader – International

We are representing a confidential medical technology organization seeking a Service Process & Project Leader to join their international service headquarters team. This is a remote position supporting technical operations across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects for the international service organization, coordinating across engineering, marketing, finance, and regional teams
• Monitor business costs and operational quality metrics; define and deploy action plans to improve quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction
• Support service productivity targets and labor cost reduction initiatives across modalities
• Drive cross-functional projects to prioritize and resolve customer issues
• Serve as primary interface with external partners on new service initiatives
• Facilitate team issue resolution and support remote education programs
• Coordinate regional modality leaders on service process improvement; communicate proactively with regional and multifunctional teams
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems, policies, and applicable regulations
• Complete required quality and compliance training within defined deadlines

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Degree in Engineering or similar technical discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in service operations within a specific modality (medical imaging or similar)
• Proven leadership skills with demonstrated success managing technical projects and resolving complex issues
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a team organization role within an international environment
• Fluent English communication skills
